Role: Sales Development RepresentativeLocation: Bristol, UKSalary: £23,000 (base) + £12,000 - £15,000 + OTE 1st Year - Uncapped Commission As an SDR at the Synergy Group, you will act as the liaison between our SaaS / Tech clients and their prospects, their target market as well as existing account expansion. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers, through a range of methods of communication. This is typically a mix of phone and digital. Day to day overview of the Role:
To arrange one-to-one business meetings between prospects and our clients Cold-calling senior decision makers from SMBs through to Enterprise level organizations Build long-term and trusting relationships with prospects and clients Actively prospecting on LinkedIn and via email, utilizing social media Proactively search for New Business opportunities for the company Effectively communicate results to senior management and clients What we are looking for:
